I see a lot of talk about the Samsung 25r's for which I have a set but was wondering about the 3500 mah LG Batteries.
Given that I vape way under the 20a limit (use around 4a) on high ohm coils (1.4) at 10.5 watts, would I get more battery life from these as opposed to the 25r's?
I ask because I find I am going through batteries swiftly and any improvement on vape time is good but only if they are seen in the same esteem. I see torchy selling some LG's on eBay.

I've recently bought a couple of pairs of the brown LG H2(?) batteries and they show a marked improvement. I vape at around 50w with resistance of around .4ohm on average, and while the Samsung 25rs were lasting about 2/3rd of a day, the LGs last well over a day. I would think that at your lower amp pull, they should last you even longer. They are on average about £1 more per battery, but get a couple and see what you think, I personally will buy these now as my green Samsungs need replacing

No, I bought mine from a UK retailer - cornishliquids - they might mail order them if you talk to them nicely There are various other retailers - www.boldvape.co.uk have them LG HG2 and I hear good reports of the pink Samsungs too Samsung 30q which would be good for you as you are pulling so little in the way of amps.

I bought a couple of the brown LGs off ebay at the same time as I got my 25rs from FT last year. I vape exclusively at 1ohm at around 12.5 watts & I can get nearly an extra 50% vape time from the LGs compared to the 25rs. That said I pretty sure my FT 25rs are on there last legs as they seem to fully charge faster than my other batteries and come off the charger at around 3.8volts. (Thats going on what they fire at fresh on the DNA 30s) Even my 2 year old VTC5s still get up to a full 4volts freshly charged.

If your batteries are getting old Mrsmac, that may be why they don't last as long. They have a limit to how many times they can be recharged. Having said that, a battery which lasts longer needs less charging, so will last for a longer amount of time in terms of *overall* lifespan. The extra cost for the battery is re-couped by the extended rechargable limit.

To be honest its me being greedy as I've got 4 Samsung's batteries in rotation for two mods and another in the way so keep running out. I figured whilst getting another set I'd look into the lg's. I think I will get a couple to test and then place an order on the slow boat lol thanks guys, unless anyone replies with a caution, I will go ahead, one can never have too many lol

There is nothing to worry about buying LG batteries Mrsmac. They are one of a handful which actually make their own batteries! The others are re-wraps.

I have to be honest Mrsmac . . . . batteries are the one part of our equipment that I don't bother shopping overseas for. Many others do quite happily, which is fair enough - but for me it's not worth the possible complications for any savings.
