decoy, I forgot to mention that the SXK version comes with a matching 22mm beauty ring that makes it sit better on mods. Also I find the chimney logo handy for counting turns on the juice control. For some reason I have to make 3 full turns to see air bubbles when I notice everyone else reports 2 full turns to fully open the juice control. At first I was using 28 AWG, 3mm coils, but I've found 2.5mm width coils are a more natural fit for wicking purposes more than anything else. 28AWG, 2.5mm micro, 10 wraps for 1.8ohm is working nicely for me. Also, don't forget to use the code MAP for any of the Kayfuns on FT, it adds a little extra discount.

@paulo, ahh mate - I still owe you a pint or three for putting me on to the UTA2 (I have 3 of them now) just awesome tanks decoy I had read that the cheaper clones were great too - you have to hand it to SvoëMesto, they've done it again with this design. Haha, fuuny you say that, I've been looking this week for my first tube style mod to pop the Kayfun on. I nearly ordered a Vamo 5 this morning from FT, but thought I'd keep looking for something more recent :-) I kind of wish I still had my Vamo. Loved that thing.

Bumping this thread to ask a question. On my first v3 mini I can adjust the airflow but on the sxk which I received today it doesn't seem to adjust, has anyone else found this?

No, the one I have from previous tightens, I'm finding the sxk even fully driven home stays at the same resistance

I have this version, I too have problems with the airflow...I can move the screw freely, but the airflow doesn't seem to change, it's just the same airy draw. Which is still very nice, but I would prefer it a bit tighter. If anyone could point me in the direction of a version of the v3 mini with a tighter airflow I'd be most grateful.

Airflow adjustment works OK on my SXK version. Must have a bad one Mrsmac.

A daft suggestion but what about trying a different screw maybe there is a fault with the threads

Must be some duff ones as I have the one decoy linked to and the airflow doesn't work as it should but I have a couple of others to try and may even try changing the screw if I get adventurous but don't hold your breath as this is the first atty I've even coiled myself

Un adjustable airflow is more than likely burrs on the inside of the pos pin from the cross drillings. I had similar issues with V4 clones.
