How many people could actually give a damn? The injunction seems to have put the spotlight on them, as the press really enjoy the game & want to know, so makes it a joke.

I will add, that I've only just found out who is involved, as I edited a name from a post above. So, it is best to leave this subject now, ta.

well I couldn't care less about the supposed news story as it were, what beguiles me is the use of injunctions to prevent media stories, clearly the person who took out the injunction was worried about his upcoming summit with a certain world leader about the rights of a certain faction within that leaders region, his position in that regard is now less than it might otherwise have been and this particular story could have nasty consequences for similar minded folk in that region, especially given that the leader in question has already had several people beaten to death for supposed crimes just for being themselves/

injunctions can be useful in limited circumstances but not socially with someone that courts the press for most of their life and then tries to hamstring them when its something they feel less comfortable with, the judges shouldn't have permitted the "story" injunction in the first place, it would of been a single article in a daily rag's entertainment pages gone largely ignored or unnoticed by the masses and been deleted from the world in a  couple of years, now its been splashed all across the world as front page news by dozens of countries and will be around forever.
