I have just done it but is waiting for staff response and they don't work to day so I think it will be tomorrow now so I will lose the discount, unless I put them in a basket. Did you ask for gift certs? I have only cancelled an order once but I'm pretty sure they were given pretty much immediately. Have you checked under the gift certificates tab on the left of your account page? I will check now thanks |

That's my first order since February..... impressed? Most definitely! Well done you Q!! I succumbed and bought 10 x 30ml Unicorn bottles, a Tsunami clone, 2 x Velocity RDA clones for mates, and a complete Coiler kit with removable rods which will make my coiling a bit easier I hope - nothing much of any great value or interest, but still saved about a fiver! |

Pretty sure FT won't issue a refund as a gift cert if the cancelled order was originally paid for with a CC. They refund it direct to the card. I've just cancelled an item I didn't realise I'd bought when I placed an order for other stuff earlier today  . The gift certificate for the refund showed up straight away  |
