No difference to mine with custom logo and playing Flappy Bird.

Really am getting fed up now. All mods were updated again with new firmware but still dropping watts. To add insult to injury, the two ego one batteries ordered from ft worked for all of half a day and wont charge and the AIO I brought is the same...not happy with Joytech

perhaps a stupid question but did you lock the power to the resistance and lock the resistance of the coil ?
I seem to recall doing that on a mod in the past and seeing the watts jump around as the thing changed values
if its not that then it might be buggy mod and nothing to do with the atty/

Mrsmac maybe a silly question but have you tried stepping back to the previous version to see if the wattage still fluctuates?

Hi guys, not sure about what I locked to, but I selected my watts and then locked the buttons so that I don't accidentally change it when vaping. I also tried it without the lock and same thing.
The thought if going back in firmware had crossed my mind. I'm not sure what it was on, it would be two versions back

Reset to factory settings and see if you can vape ok, then if you can't, you will know that the mod has "bought it". If it works ok, reload the updates until you find the one that causes the problem. Long winded, but at least you'll find out what's wrong Mrsmac . Not tried this, and don't know if it will work, but vapoblog.wordpress.com/2015/01/27/reboot-factory-settings-guide-for-evic/ is worth a look.

Try another output and cable maybe.

I know, the ego batteries were both charged seperately as the husband has his own charger. I will play around with chargers and see if that helps.
Thank you for the factory reset blog that makes sense I think I will give that a go tomorrow. Funny thing is some times it does it more than others but definitely several times a day!
Thanks guys

Early results are in for the Ego One battery problem! Using the majority of USB leads in the house, neither mine nor the husbands would charge (it did not come with its own supplied cable) Then I thought I would try it on the samsung charger (I avoid charging devices using my phone cable) and low and behold, both myself and my husbands batteries seem to be back up and running again so result! early days as I said but at least one of my issues seems to be resolved. Unfortunately the AIO has had no such luck and will not charge on anything so contacting Joyetech today about that and I shall update on the progress of the Evic Mini

I said recently that the new firmware didn't affect my Evic but I'm now pretty convinced that mine is randomly dropping the wattage by 0.1 or 0.2 watts by it's self! I haven't fully tested everything as in locking it before putting it in my pocket but it never did this before and its too consistent to be coincidence. It's only mildly annoying as just have to press up a couple of times to get it back to 60w.

Just wanted to update this thread as it's been a few days. The other half down graded back to the version of firmware before the logo one and it has been working fine since. Watts set at 10.5 and stays at 10.5 happy bunny I do miss my Mrs Mac logo though!
