Yes, you need to run them at 50W+ Hi Discodave been running mine at 70 watts, also notice its leaks the most just after I have filled it up, it also come though the airflow so I know its the coil flooding, have just rewick and have not even slimmed the cotton down hoping that would sort it but no it still leaks.

Firstly, when replying to someone, please try and use their name. You may not know who the are, but getting someones name wrong will guarantee no response. Second. If you have a leak from your airflow, it is most likely to be a wick fault. If you are sure all the seals are in place, and the tank isn't damaged in any way, it's your wick. I don't have one of those, so can't give advice on wicking. Get on Youtube and watch some tutorials.

I apologise.

Would not normally bother replying too someone so rude, but to be truthful Tim your reply was something a child would write, or someone looking for a argument. My reply was too Disco Des, and yes I did make mistake with his user name which I am sure Des would understand was a mistake as I am not one of the members on here that go's out of my way too be rude or upset people. Now too the tanks it come with 2 stock coils which were flooding and I had tried loads of methods of wicking,so what I was after were any other members having problem with their tank and if they had found a method to stop the flooding. I have since found out that this is a common problem with the coils even stock coils.

I've done some ' housekeeping ' on this thread as I can happily report that a cyber handshake has been given . . . . and there are no longer any issues.

Have you tried replacing orings? a li wrap of ptfe can help on threads Hi Fil Yes have tried replacing with the spare set that came in packaging, have wick with all thickness round the ceramic head. will have another play this week with it as the flavour is amazing from the tank but just don't like the major leakage issue. Have read a few comments across the board where user are having the same issue. Even with new stock coils the leaking still happens, I thought a few members would have this tank by now.

Don't really know about this tank but are you making sure to close off the airflow before filling? Some top fill tanks are a bit temperamental about that sort of thing

smokingaceshopefully your problem is like the one I had with the smok tfv4, they supplied it without any orings at all, the spares packs come with only the two large ones and the bit to go under the filler flap but I needed the chimney one and one for the rba deck .... took a few hours to find what looked like it was right online and when they arrived the first one out of the bag was just ever so slightly wrong .... took me a while but I finally got there in the end, just a shame companies don't offer all the damn O-rings in their "spares" packs, takes ages to find the right one from all those sizes FT lists ....
