Yep, I just opened up that email too. All I can say about not selling to other European countries bit is that I'm so pleased I deal mostly with China to get my vaping gear, or I'd be up the creek without a paddle.
Just hope I can get concentrates through though. It don't say anything about concentrates. I've just sent a message to Vapor-Z about it - see what they come back with.

I'm sure Vendors could find a work around if this is to be the future situation on loyalty schemes or discount codes anywhere . . . . either offering free shipping or simply reducing prices are two options that immediately spring to mind.

I think some retailers are mis-reading the rules or maybe I am but from what I can gather they will not be allowed to advertise, so cannot give out discount codes to all and sundry, but that shouldn't stop them from sending those codes in an email newsletter that their customers have signed up to

the advertising rules stipulate no loyalty schemes or rewards, but hat doesn't mean that the shop (so long as it sells non tpd covered items) cant have a loyalty scheme of some sort Tesco's used to give reward points for everything but due to EU rules had to stop giving them out on all kinds of products in the last decade (including formula milk, anything from the tobacco kiosk and some branded items across the rest of the store) as a for instance, it might simply be easier for them to offer discounts on a recurring basis for repeat customers on non tpd covered items (like zero nic juice or concs or vg/pg) but perhaps administering that will be too difficult so most will jut drop the discounts /
