Urgent sign House of Lords petition could stop tpd

I just want some considered debate to take place.

I've lobbied both my MP and former GLA Member, who i'm quite chatty with both, and they are not hopeful, despite being EU sceptics.

X&Y , If the House of Lords vote for Lord Callanan's fatal motion (and assuming that pressure from No.10 isn't applied and succeeds for Lord Callanan to withdraw the fatal motion)
..... then the TPD is dead .... simple as that.

If the vote goes our way it does NOT go back to parliament.... the law is just annulled by the Lords.


That's why it's so important to write to some Peers (see thread HERE) and/or ask MPs to encourage their Lords to support Lord Callanan's fatal motion.

As far as I know the vote will take place before 10th June, maybe as early as 1st June... hence the urgency to influence up to 806 Peers.
