yeah yeah and last yr eggs was bad then bacon was bad then wine was bad now eggs is good wine is good and bacon is ok

Yes i agree is down to personal choice but me old man has made 81 yr this yr and i'v made 51 and thats all we have ever had 
along with quite a few people i know so i'm really not gonna start to worry now about it.

I try and live my life with a mindset of "anything in moderation".

Yesterday i ate and drunk alot of junk food/drink...so today is a healthy day with lots of water.

So for those worried about their lack of water - don't be. It's all smoke and mirrors (bollocks substitute).

Plus that isn't true either. Your urine is the best indicator of hydration. I can not feel thirsty but still have yellowy urine meaning I'm dehydrated. Your piss should be clear or a very pale yellow.

Many, many years ago... I'm talking the 70s... my boss used to take his 'management team' to a beautiful country pub just outside Bristol for 3+ hour lunches/meetings. I once had the temerity to say that I had to get back to the office, and he said... 'If I am getting pi**ed, so are you, and who signs your expenses? Next round!' Happy, happy days.
