As the Lib Dems and Labour have a majority in the Lords, don't forget the party leaders. Get the parties on board and a win is assured as they did with the benefit cuts. As it is a Con proposing the motion it is a shoe in if the others get on board. I have written to Tim Farron as he is my MP to spur him into action. *fingers*
