Worth a try. You may find it is fine, as e juice is more viscous than beer or wine. The problem is holding the liquid inside the pipette. What tends to happen is that air gets drawn in and the surface tension breaks allowing the liquid to drip back out. £5 is cheaper than you will get a decent pipette for, and if it doesn't work for juice you can use it next Christmas.

I use a 50ml glass syringe jtc. Take out the plunger, insert tip of the syringe into whatever size bottle, fill the syringe to 50ml from large mixing bottle (mine are ex-diluent bottles, 500ml/1l), replace plunger and fill bottle. You might struggle pouring from a demijohn though.
