Fasttech are great, just order and forget is the way I deal with them.
I did have an issue with one of my orders, I submitted a ticket and followed the instructions using plain and simple English and it was resolved, however it did take a few weeks.
I have put in 2 orders with them this week.

I recon that based on their product catalogue, they must deal with several thousand orders a day, so fair go, they do pretty well IMHO, and the couple of duff bits I've had have been sorted pretty quickly

I have given up buying cloned tanks from them now Just buy genuine and enjoy the discount on those
My most recent purchase was three authentic subtanks, which was cheaper than buying two in the UK
The four clones I had, all had leaks The rbas were a pain getting them the grip the wire I use as well

haha, quick lets defend the retailer that the forum decided not to reinstate to approved Chinese vendor status? l when I started to use FT I read all about the poor service, the mixed quality of product ect and with an open mind made my first order. And lets be honest there is some serious ranting and trolling on FB and their forums. Since then I've set about filing up my shopping basket and ordering weekly. Its not difficult to get carried away after all it is so cheap realisticly priced compared to B&Ms and UK internet sales. I took care not to put next day 'instock' items with 5-7 day or items with vague etas or pre-orders and yeah well my goods do turn up even if only a percentage of them are not in good working order or as described. if there was a fault, I opened tickets in polite, plain and simple English and provided photographs to show any faults !I used to love the stream of little brown and white packages but it appears that for the last couple of months I'm Fasttech's nominee for the Victor Meldrew Award.

haha, quick lets defend the retailer that the forum decided not to reinstate to approved Chinese vendor status? To the best of my knowledge Fasttech have never ever even applied for Vendor status on the forum SteveF and I've been witness to all the applications for over 5years now . . . . just to set the record straight there. One of their reps did join and was put into our Unregistered Vendor group a process we do with all Vendors, to avoid as I'm sure you'll appreciate the forum having its butt spammed off. That was as far as it got - a prudent decision I've always personally thought on their part.

my appologies Perpetua, it was a good few months back and obviously didn't pay full attention at the time.

It's also not about defending anybody. Just honest reports of okay service. If you've had enough, fair enough.
