I'm finally sick of Fasttech, I refuse to purchase anything else from their website. Every order I place is either delayed because an item is not actually in stock and the shipping date changes to ETA after I pay. Combine that with a dodgy product or two, customer service that thinks its my fault because something doesn't work or is just shoddy merchandise. And my opinion of their 'genuine-authentic' tchh, more like genuine Monday morning products when the QC dept is off sick.

Can't fault them speaking personally, all products fine, work as advertised, delivery not at all shabby considering how far its travelling. And of course their prices are very competitive.
I can only speak as I find . . .

I have just raised a ticket with them for a crown clone shorting, tried cleaning and adjusting and even tried the rba head but it still shorts. I will wait and see what comes of it.

Likewise I can't fault them. I've always taken the view of order and forget so whilst they may have taken a long time on occasion I never ordered anything from them I needed quickly. Never any issues from stuff they sent though apart from spare glass tanks than arrived smashed once. I've always thought the benefits (cost) far outweigh any convenience (time). Ive not used any of the other Chinese pretender vendors

There's never going to be a one size fits all solution or answer to the issues dealing with all and any of the Chinese Vendors . . . . as personal experience naturally does influence our perception. Especially not when so many of us ( myself included ) are seduced by the competitive China prices. For myself, I never buy anything from overseas that I'm not prepared to put in the bin without going into a decline if it's a lemon - providing I've had more good than bad purchases, that's enough to keep me returning. A Shopping Philosophy that isn't to everyone's way of thinking I freely accept - but it is our own choice to decide where we spend our money, or don't.

5 months ago I would have said the same, I accepted delivery could take up to 20 days, didn't worry about faults on clones, raised tickets if it was a genuine item. I'm not particularly in meltdown mode, just hacked off that there is always something wrong, this time I'm being told six days later that my 4 spools of (not)-nichrome clapton wire are actually 'geniune Nichrome' and nobody else has complained that the resistance is too high(even for NiCr 20-40 or 60). The previous order it was duff subtank bases where-by I was instructed on how to use them properly. WTH? They had the ohms meter boucing with every coil and head I tried and the AF holes were definitely smaller than my old tanks......how dare you suggest they are not genuine? When up to 25% of the value of my order is either duff or delayed, I ask myself why should I use a company 6000 miles away if I wouldn't use a B&M around the corner with those levels of failure ?

It's definitely a win some lose some from China vendors but I also have had duffs from UK vendors. The problem with QC I would point the finger towards manufacturers. Postage and CS from China can be a nightmare but like others only buy cheap stuff now so I won't be climbing walls over a duff

You just happen to be the *chosen* one. You simply must keep ordering from them. Then all the rest of us can receive our bling in working condition, in time for us to not actually need it. While we feel your frustration, just do it for us

I use Focalecig, FastTech & Gearbest, and personally I would say that service has IMPROVED of late, accounting for the GB 'fun moments' I have had very few problems, I'm very careful with what I order (and perhaps I've been lucky) but actually no, luck cant come into it, I've spent more than enough money in China and can count the problems on one hand, and they've all been sorted quickly and to my satisfaction. Like Perpetua says "You cant please all of the people all of the time" (or I think thats what she means)

Like Perpetua says "You cant please all of the people all of the time" (or I think thats what she means) To an extent yes Q . . . . buying from China ( for me ) is a trade off with being able to take advantage of their prices, whilst accepting that not every item or transaction might be to my liking. Although I do understand anyone's frustration if they've had a raft of bad experiences from any Vendor . . . . who wants that continuous hassle and disappointment - I certainly wouldn't! If I ever got to that stage then I'd probably stick to buying within the UK, there's still the real possibility of receiving duff equipment - but hopefully not the hoops to jump through on the CS side.

On the whole FT, in my experience, are one of the better Chinese vendors. With any business whose philosophy is stack em high, sell em cheap, there will be occasional issues. Some will manage them better than others, and on the whole FT are better than some I could mention. FT in my opinion are the Wal-Mart of vaping. You either love them or hate them, but keep going back.

I have had no issues with FT...I only buy what I could afford to lose ( if that makes sense ). I order, then forget about it...& then those wee packages start to arrive...what's not to love?
