Vapours-R-US Mixing strengths

I've just got some "One Shot" concentrates from vapours-r-us.co.uk/30ml-extra-strong-concentrated-flavourings-for-e-liquids/ that are described as "Extra Strong"

On the website it says to mix between 5 - 10%

Has anyone had any experience with these, I'd appreciate some guide as to what % level you mixed at?

I have bought:

1. Cherry Menthol - Smells very good and with the lick test tastes nice.

2. Red Astaire - Smells great, Tastes tests great - I can not tell the difference to T-Juice other than it's clear.

3. Black Astaire, as above smells, tastes great with the berry part of the flavour tasting of blackcurrent.

I believe that car147 has tried a few DiscoDes , although judging from his comments in Reply #21: allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/thread/57662/pre-mixed-plain-eliquid-help?page=2, I don't think that he was impressed.

I tried 4 of them, sorry I cannot remember what flavours they were, but they either tasted very chemicaly, or just revolting.

At first I gave them the benefit of doubt, but even steeped for 4wks made no difference.

What bugged me even more was when they came back with how great their concentrates are, and I must be doing something wrong!

I returned to my usual flavours FA,Cap and Tpa, never had an issue again.

I can indeed confirm this as a factual statement.


 * Think * I've seen the Astaire types mixed at the higher end of the suggested ratio's on a couple of the FB groups I'm in Des.

I have the pinkman and the heisenblag. Pinkman is rather tasty at 20% but would probably benefit from some complementing flavors, not tried the original. Heisenblag isn't bad either. From what I hear they are a very mixed bag haven't tried any others

Just to add in relation to your post a few people unimpressed with these were turned around by the newer ones, seems they listened. The ones listed under NEW are probably the better ones based on that and its where I got mine. Also a well regarded juice vendor on facebook who I have personally tried and found very good swears they do the best of a certain flavor (she/he said it was a secret so not saying what). They are worth a go at the price I reckon. I also tried unicorn blood it's nothing like fuzions version but pretty nice, could do with sweetner. My only gripe is their flavors are a bit weak needing at least 15% for the ones I tried and 20% seems to be optimum

I use their strawberry Chewits daily. Mixed at 23%. It's amazing

i have a few of the concentrates from there DiscoDes to be honest i wouldnt say they were super strong i havnt tried the 1s you have so cant comment the 1s i have i mix with other concentrates from the range rather than 1 shots, fruit salad is my only 1 shot i have its quite good iv probably about 10 different 1s in all some are better than others overall im happy enough for the mny
