Just recieved some today and it's great. I have a few pink lemonade concs and they were all a bit dry tasting and upping percentage just makes them harsh. 2% of marshmallow added to 10% liquid barn pink lemonade has really woken it up, bringing sweetness and moist feel without the flavor muting of EM. Any other uses for it besides as an enhancer?

Enhancer or in place of a sweetener is how I've always understood it's uses to be anon4 .
