Believe it or not it says let it breath (open bottle)for a week.Recommends 4 to 6 week steep,but after 3 weeks its very vapable

I used to mix at 20% vc at the start but it was always harsh.This is a lot better and no sweetener added

This piques my interest, will have a go once the hangover fades. Ron, did you let it breathe for the full week?

Yes breathed it for a full week in a wide necked bottle and you can see the colour change as the week progresses.When I came to test it it smelt nothing like what I expected so when I decanted into a normal bottle I filled up the sub tank and the taste is really there

( Tbh, it's a bit of a misnomer for the original creator of this recipe to call it a GVC ' clone ' as Grant doesn't use NY Cheesecake and also sweetens his quite heavily. )
