The main thing no matter what strength Nic your using is we have all quit smoking, and after all nicotine is now being considered no worse than caffeine for its effects on the human body.

I have no intension of quitting nicotine despite being at only 1 mg.

i started on 18mg 15 months ago. was down to 3mg for custards after the first month and zero for fruits with all 7 mods but still had the pen type for stealth vapes at work with 18mg

Started on 24 with evods, then 18 when I got better clearos like the gs air and nautilus. Got a subtank that knocked me to 12mg and now the crown and its little friends have me down to 6mg which I seem to diy by the gallon

From 24mg down to 3.5mg at the moment. Gonna halve that soon ( it's a measuring [ocd] thing).

I have some 0%, but that's just for testing new diy mixes.

Started 18months ago on 18mg and in the last couple of months switched to sub ohm and 6mg, still going to work on dropping down further.

Started on 36mg & 24mg then a good while at 18mg til I started mixing myself and have gradually come down to 8mg for MTL and 4mg for DTL but have had mega mixing sessions over the last couple of weeks and they are all 6mg for MTL so will see how I get on. It isn't a race for me as long as I am not smoking but I needed to come down as was getting Nic sick quite often with my chain vaping in the car etc. I find if I keep my MTL vapes at 8mg on 40/60 ratio then I still get the throat hit I need and DTL are 30/70 as the couple I made at 40/60 made me cough.

I have been pleasantly surprised actually how easy it has been to come down mixing my own and have known quite quickly when to lower each time.

Started on 24mg now I MTL 12/18mg, and sub-ohm 3mg. I have tried cutting down the 12/18mg but any lower and it doesn't hit the spot for me.

Mrs knackered a tyre on the car last night, can't complain cos i did one a couple of months ago, at least hers was nearly ready for changing, anyhow whilst I was waiting to get it changed this morning another chap turned up who was vaping with an stick 20 and a Nautilus i think, so we got talking, after a bit he noticed I was wearing a T Juice T Shirt, anyhow he said he had been Vaping for about 4 years, same as me, but had never heard of Vapefest or any of the meets, Strange? But he did say something about Tractors so obviously a weirdo Lol he was a nice enough fella.

Same as anon4, 24 then 18, some 12, now 3 to 6 mg. Eldest asked me to make him 6 mg so looking to dilute all the 18s I have

Started almost 4 years ago using a CE4 and eGo battery, with 24mg juice.
Long story short, mixed up 400ml of juice today at 2mg, new departure from 3mg, but trying some just as a point of reference in a Velocity dripper and it's very pleasant, and no noticeable difference in nic hit! Very pleased!!
