Hello all,
Forgive me if i cannot reply you one by one
I asked our research depart to check again about the products and sent the request to SMY simeiyue company
They are sure that all items are authentic and no problems when it sent to vendors
So i am also confused that some of friends got the item and had a problem while some others didn't
Anyway, i cannot say it was damaged on road, but i hope our service center can do some compensate for those friends

It should fire at 3.9 V, 1.18 ohm kanthal coil at 13 W, but starts at 9 V (68.64 W) and reduces to 4.32 V (15.8 W) which is still too high. The temp mode vape is awful and Brexit trashing the exchange rate means having to get a something I didn't want or loosing money. Brexit not GBs fault, but the last order I had from GB that didn't have problems was April 2015 and I got suckered in again

The "Original SMY 75W Mini TC Box Mod" I received in this order have a very serious fault in watts/power mode it should fire at 3.9 V, but starts at 9 V (68.64 W) and reduces to 4.32 V (15.8 W) which is still too high, 1.18 ohm kanthal coil at 13 W.

For the power issue ,our QC teams said that considering the weather factos ,we set the first second output into 1.2 times .And then it will reduce .

But you can see our description of this item ,the variable wattage range is 1-75W .So seriously it is normal now .


But as you are the valuable customers ,we cann offer you 4USD to your GB wallet with extra points(e.g. If your refund is 1USD = 5 points,3USD =3*5 points => get 15 points etc).


Please confirm I can go ahead and upgrade your account with this discount.

That is unacceptable. It is not 1.2 times output as you state, it gives 5.27 times output and damages the wick.

Did you guys get this sort of BS?

VapingBad no never all that BS just a reply offering me GB wallet or send a replacement, and the quality control card says passed mmmmmm someone missed several of these on quality control.

Shame really first time ive used GB doesnt give me much hope........

Just wondered if anyone is having the same problem with this mod as I'm having (or knows how to test output with a multimeter?)- seems to flood my kayfun one minute and dry burn the next. Tis not the kayfun as that's fine on evic mini and also provari radius?

Any help to test it or sort would be appreciated
