no doubt this has been asked before however...
About to travel to the US. Has anyone got any advice on the current position on vaping in Boston, New York City and Philadephia.
I assume not in public enclosed places, restaurants/bars etc. What about outside on the street, parks etc.
Any information or links gratefully received.
Any problems encountered at airports?
Cheers

New York has recently banned it in parks and public places. I'd imagine that it's also very heavily restricted in the whole of California because they're, well.....dicks! Boston, banned in all enclosed workplaces, including bars and restaurants. Philadelphia, banned in all enclosed workplaces, exempting bars where food accounts for less than 10% of sales and alcohol accounts for more than 90% of sales. Philadelphia's ordinance is the only local vaping ban in Pennsylvania; vaping is also banned at all city parks [SOURCE]
