Prestleigh Vape meet?

So left it long enough for you all to forget how drunk and rude I was at the last meet lol. Time to sort out another one.

Nicola at the pub is pretty up on her Vaping and TPD due to our meets so how is it looking with the TPD and vape meets so I can speak to Nicola about another meet?

I know we can say it is just friends meeting up but you know what their local punters are like and given any excuse would soon shut things down so need to make sure all is right.

Also with VapeFest coming up I thought maybe a mid summer Christmas meet would be a good idea, maybe October?

It's a forum meet, not a vape meet. Simples. That we'll all be vaping in a pub that allows us to vape isn't something the locals should or could concern themselves with. To be fair, I don't think the locals I encountered on my trips there would care.

The only area the TPD might be able to hit events like VF is that they could be seen to promote vaping. In a group our size that wouldn't be relevant as we'll all be vaping anyway and not targeting other people.

As long as they are happy to keep hosting us, let's keep it going!

That was my thinking as well Brend but wanted others opinions first.

I'm staying there this weekend for Nass so I will speak to them then. Better face to face rather than email.

Sounds good to me guys. I don't think the TPD will have any effect on a group of friends meeting up who also happen to vape. We just can't be seen to have any sponsorship 👍

I don't think anyone in the bar area at the two meets I attended would've known they were sponsored, we just had large boxes of liquid to share out.

A bit different if vendors attend, of course.

I technically have a field, very nice it is too but it is way out of anyones way on here. My ponies love visitors, they could regale you all with how norty they are and what they get up to when mummy goes home

I think sponsorship is fine as long as the event is only for vapers in the UK:
