I think Eleaf as well. That's because TW have that stitched up and HG are not allowed to ship to UK by Eleaf. I guess other companies just ignore that bit of the contract.

Not brilliant, but there is loads you can get in the UK. 2 out of 12 isn't bad by any means.  HG are playing by the rules and in my view that is an ethical company.  Can you say that about others?

Yes, that's true. There are often good bargains to be found in their clearance list - but beware of the shipping costs, if you order heavy items this can be hefty.
My orders from them have been exceptionally well packed and often delivered inside 7 days.

And for that reason I wouldn't buy anything from them on principle . . . . and why we've rejected their application for Vendor status on several occasions.

First off, no he hasn't.  I like Heaven Gifts and have always had great service, so will promote them when I see a good deal as their 25% sale seems to be.  I don't know what has happened in the past, or why HG haven't got Vendor status on AAEC, when other Chinese companies of questionable quality, have on numerous occasions offered less than desired service are féted by AAEC.  Maybe you could pm me with more details, but from my experience they have been as good as their word, with no issues about shipping, time or quality.  They only offer authentic products from what I can see, and while they may not be the cheapest, they offer a good service, although when the forum discount (now 8%), is added, they are reasonably competitive.  

I cannot comment on their service if something goes wrong, as I have yet to receive a product that wasn't as described or had a problem.  Maybe others can comment if they have had a problem, but I have yet to see a bad comment about Heaven Gifts on here or other forums.  

Yes recently they do send me the occasional sample to try, as I have posted, but that is because they know I will tell the truth.  If it's good I say so.  If it's crap I say so.  A spade is a spade in my book. A good deal is a good deal whoever offers it, and their current 25% sale is a good deal, or at least I think so.

So yes I will promote companies I consider to be ethical, and offer a good service to vapers.  Heaven Gifts are a good company in my opinion, so have no problem promoting them.  www.heavengifts.com

We're all entitled to our opinion Bobsbeer . . . . mine is to not support any companies who have in the past ' harvested ' email addresses from Members on this forum in order to spam them - myself included. Which I do not consider to be ethical.

That has forever tainted how I view their operation - which is a shame, but there it is.

We can all only make a judgement based on personal experience.

I think most Chinese companies have made mistakes over the years on how they deal with western customers. Some are still making them big style. My view, and that is as a customer, Heaven Gifts have learned as they have gone on, and improved. We give others a chance, so why not Heaven Gifts? As I said I have never had an issue with them, and have been a customer for nearly as long as I have been vaping.

I posted about their 25% off sale as I thought it would be of benefit to the members, which I think it is. A bargain is a bargain wherever it comes from. 25% off is a bargain, so worth checking out. www.heavengifts.com
