If you want sticky labels Stomper , then ebay is as good a place as any. Do a search there for 'avery labels'... lots of different sizes available. Otherwise phtumshk 's paper & tape also works.

labels i just use masking tape and write on that tbh as it is easy to remove when needed for the next lot of juice. I write all the important info in a notebook like the mix, %, nic mg, so thats all kept safe and i leave room on each page to write down comments like steeping time and how it alters over the different times and if it needs tweeking about. So all i need on the bottle is the name of juice and date it was mixed.

I got a load of plain sticky labels and was just using them, but I found sometimes if I had a little dribble of juice that the writing would smudge. So I've started putting sellotape over them. When my labels runs out I will use plain paper and sellotape

Tsk you masking taperists. I use nice pictures and word art. I glue the labels on. Laser printed won't run - if you haven't a laser printer then email to yourself and download and print at the library.

I hang my head in shame monty . . . . and I do admire those that go the extra presentation mile. For myself, I simply can't be bothered.
