Mooch on ECF tests most batteries - but Aweite are usually re-wraps so wouldn't take any notice of any claims of high Amperage on their packaging/batteries

I've bought Aweite batteries before from ecoluxshop and their fine. This one looks to be a redesign sleeve so not sure what's inside, but I expect that ecoluxshop will get some and test them.

I use Aweite in the Evic minis, they claim to be 40A. Don't know about that but they work without hiccups. These Ones

What use would a 50 amp battery be? You would need to have 200 watts at less than 0.01 ohms to utilise it. I agree that for beginners a high amp battery is a safe bet. But for most, who should know what they are doing, all of the touted batteries on this forum are complete overkill. I use sanyo ICR 3500 mah all day every day. Perfectly safe at 0.5 ohms at 40 watts. Cheap and they last all day and some.

I'll just stick to Sammy 25r's and LG HE4's. I know they work and I know they're safe for my level of vaping. Having said that, just bought some 30Q's but are they any better ? The jury's out on that one. IMO, companies trotting out some of these batteries with grossly exaggerated Amp limits and run time should be taken to task.

didn't think that there were 50 amp 18650s, I think the old Sonys vct3s used to be 30 amps continuous but they were 1500mah?
I'd stick to Samsung, LG and Sony.

I use 25rs at rather high wattage and don't have any issues, was looking at the vct5a, anyone know where I can pick up some legit ones? I know torchy reckons the 25r are 30amp but mooch seems to disagree

At least you'll know I wasn't completely idle when I was on holiday, I had a few dress rehearsals for Vapefest when I was away.
