Bad news folks, I won't be able to make the meet tomorrow as I've just been hit with a large bill to remove a wasps nest from a back window. Council will only do it free for council tenants and not for house owners . This will leave me struggling this month, so no goodies or vaping purchases either. I'm really pissed off at this as I was so looking forward to meeting you all. I wish you all a very merry day out and hope you don't get too drunk. I hope my fortunes will be restored by the time October's meet comes around and I eventually get to meet you.

Awww I'm sorry you can't make it this time. We'll be back in our usual venue in October though and hopefully it will be just as good as it was before. We'll just have to look forward to meeting you then.

Slightly sad Stomper and sydsut won't be coming along but I am sure we shall cross paths at some point. . .

Wasp nests are fun, remember years ago me dad's house was getting new windows (yeah it was council) but the workies found a wasp nest up under the eaves. We then had a load of middle aged workies running about screaming like female Dr Who companions of old. Me and me dad just calmly went and got some paraffin, a spray gun and a blowtorch and dealt with the nest rather than wait for the council to send out their pest guy. Wouldn't have been much fun spending a night in a house with two windows missing in the highlands in autumn after all.

Now I need to decide what stuff I'm gonna take to the meet. . .
