So I'm in the market for a set of top Alan Keys. Something small and compact like a screwdriver handle set I'm thinking. Has anyone got any suggestions please?

The little magnetic screwdriver type heads are usually soft cheap rubbish and round off. Better off just buying a set of proper L shaped hex keys for normal use or T handle ones for more torque. Ball head are better and chrome vanadium steel is best.

Screwfix have a decent selection of allen wrench's. Unless you really want to push the boat out and go for Snap On or Sykes Picavant. But don't know if the bigger names will do them as small as that.

Cheers I've got a turnigy rc set but the 1.5 doesn't fit as I've just found. Surely these grub screws can't be 1mm!

I would prefer a screwdriver handle style though but really good ones. I'm thinking the 1.3 might be the size now

Have you got a radio control modellers shop near you?
They normally stock decent quality small hand tools

I'm thinking the 1.3 might be the size now TC3/M appear to fit the bill and would be sufficiently sore on the pocket! £61.81+VAT & carriage
