I have tried to upload a photo by using the "Add image to post" but I cannot get it to work :'(

I have clicked on the "add image button", it then asks to choose image from my laptop....which i do, but then it just shows a solid blue line with a -100%, then does not add photo to the post.

I have posted photos in the past without problems.

Any advice please.
