It's not the getting old that bothers me. It's the baggage that comes with it.
I used to meet my friends at parties and weddings, now I meet them in the doctors waiting room and funerals.

Hi Peeps it`s been a long time since my last post, but I am fit & well now. Being over 70+ I joined a walking group in 2013,arranged by Age UK (FB positive steps). trained as walk leader. Now enjoying outdoor activity,along with meeting new friends (all being of similar age group). Never fitter,enjoying social side, and also converted several members to switch from smoking to vaping. Take a look locally if such groups are available, you will enjoy the chat & more important we always start & finish from a pub. Try it peeps.
