No.

The first idiot was talking to and looking at his passenger while tailgating and smacked into the back of it when the brake had to be applied quickly because of another car in front.

The second idiot cut a corner at speed appearing from what seemed like nowhere at a slightly diagnonal T junction and smashed into the driver side of the car. Both male drivers of course.

The first one begged us not to claim on his insurance as he'd just passed his test and said he'd pay for the damage.
The second one said it wasn't his fault!!! and >

Just take someone who knows about cars and/or look on a dedicated car forum for known problems, if you find a Nissan owners club and look in the classifieds not only will you get the best price you usually get loads of goodies and a car that has been very well looked after.

Thanks Tim I will have a look on pistonheads..have joined one forum that's where I got the advice for dealers from..shame theydon't have what we want, think we might go down the import route, can get the spec etc that we want.
