Probably not as small as youd need to go in an atomizer coil. The smallest Ive seen pre cut are around 10mm for pipe bowls. You could try punching them out of sheet mesh with a paper punch. Might work or it could be an epic fail lol. EDIT:it actually worked but I think they will be too small.

TBH mate I really don't worry about replacing the mesh. I rebuild sense aspire and Eleaf heads and not noticed any spitback with or without the mesh in.

I don't try rebuilding the stock melo 3 heads (vertical coil is too much hassle) but I strip out the mesh and white rubber grommet and use these when rebuilding the ECR coils ... The white grommets in the ECR coils are quite fragile and I rarely get more than 3 rebuilds from them so the spares come in handy.
