Oop's another litre just delivered... God knows how long it will last but if my calculations are right my wife and i will be long gone lol. I now have 6ltrs of Nic in the freezer , we only vape at 1mg now, and i reckon we use about 120ml per week. My calculations (could be well out) reckon we're going through 112 ml of nic a year?? Just saw your post car147 .... By my reckoning (not allowing for spillages) at 1mg/ml and 120ml/week, you are using only 87ml of 72mg/ml nicbase per year. Your 6 litres should be an 'ample sufficiency'.... for quite some time.... and a bit after that too! .... in fact, ... at that rate .... 69 years!

I'm 100% sure most wouldn't notice. I'm on 3mg and tbh I don't get a nic hit whatsoever but if I try a 0 nic I feel there is something missing but I'm sure it's just a mind thing. Not so sure about that,I dropped to zero nic and then when my mate came round and I vaped his juice I wondered why his had a kick that mine didn't...throat hit or similar. It was because although we were making the same mixes , he was still using nicotine. I returned to using .3 nic in my mixes and suddenly all was good again flavoutr and kick wise, it wasn't withdrawal from the nic , just the taste and kick

So after a hard read I think ive got this right i aim for 3mg nic in my juice which is 0.3% by volume using around 20ml total each day of juice off the calc it says 1 50ml bottle will last around 1.6 years (roughly). Is this correct? Also ive read a lot about storing nic in the freezer kinda a horrifying thought TBH but.... What do you do put unopened nic bottles into tupperware box lid on etc and just bang it in a corner of the chest freezer.( I have a vision of a box wrapped in cling film covered in tin foil )

You will use 0.83ml of 72mg nicotine to create 20ml of juice at 3mg.
So, 0.83 * 7 (days) * 52 (weeks) = 302.12ml / year

Try to find somewhere that it won't be disturbed too much. I personally wrap my bottles (100ml bottles is what I get) in a strong plastic bag, scrunching the bag around it to protect against any potential knocks etc and place it at the back of the bottom draw in the freezer.

I've been ' freezing ' my nic base for best part of 6 years now, decanted into amber glass bottles on receipt. I did invest with my vaping friend in a little table top top freezer as our main ones are only small: www.argos.co.uk/product/4810430If you're concerned about mixing nic base in with food stuffs, then a layer of bubble wrap around the bottle, secured in a zip lock bag and clearly labeled are sensible precautions, especially if children are likely to use the freezer unsupervised.

I don't know how to find a pinned thread on tapatalk Do you view a Board or just threads on Tapatalk then jtc? Is there an option to ' Bookmark ' a thread with it? Don't do Tapatalk as you gather, even with a mobile or tablet I'm old fashioned and prefer to view the forum with the Desk Top version.
