No mention of ecigs though.This was my answer Thank you for your response but ordinary smoking does not concern me its a dirty habit and dangerous for others,my concern is with ecigs that if you look at the reports from the British Health Board proves there is very very little danger from vaping ecigs so it should not be lumped together with tobacco smoking in any way And his answer to me Dear Mr Fearnley, I fully understand your point but as a humble TVBC Councillor I have no chance of influencing any policy in this regard. I would suggest that you go down the route of starting an on-line petition with a view to getting 100,000 signatures that will then have the right to a Parliamentary debate.
