Chest infection. Menthol

Hi I have a bit of infection and was told to put some menthol crystals in a bowl of boiling hot water and inhale to help remove mucus on chest I was hoping some one could recommend a strong menthol e juice I could vape and hope this would do the same thing ?????

Joose Juice's menthol is pretty strong stuff without going for extra flavouring. Reasonably priced too!

I have some breathing problems, so last thing at night I keep an ecig with tank full of Spearmint and Menthol (I call it MINTH) on the bedside table for sooking on while reading.
It just clears the tubes before going to sleep.

I have done this for 4 years now. It really works!

if you have the menthol crystals to hand you could
Pop the top /drip tip off any bottle of cheap not to your taste e-liquid then add a single smallish menthol crystal replace top/cap and warm bottle in a cup of hot water till the menthol crystal dissolves


Result is 1 x bottle of supper strong menthol e-liquid that will blow your head off

Err on the side of caution with Menthol.
Better too little than too much.

You can always add if it seems too weak.

You don't want e-liquid....

Buy something from a pharmacy or supermarket.

You will be 'steaming' yourself (towel over head, inhaling mentholated water).... it's a messy and nasty experience, but worth it!

Why not? - vaping menthol in VG/water would be doing the same thing, a lot less messily too.

One of my fave flavours is DV's Mentholyptus - it does a fantastic job of keeping my pipes clean.

My menthol concentrate is 5g menthol crystals dissolved in 50ml PG... used at 8%.

Thanks , the towel over the head is messy I have brought some menthol juice and it seems to be doing a good job.

My basic problem when I have a chest infection is that all my usual flavours give me a sore throat.
Also my ejuices tend to be tasteless.

The only one that works for me is my Menthol/Spearmint mix. 50/50 flavour mix and 70/30 PG/VG mix @24mg. (not sub-ohm).

Because of the infection, I am not vaping as often, probably about 2ml a day, but this mixture just keeps me ticking along.
