Lol, just seen that Amy has posted on ECF that all of her stock of the DSE905 has sold out overnight

It actually sounds like it is quite different to the SD. It has a led light that flashes in a similar way to generic e-cigs, to let you know when the volts are dropping & that the battery needs recharging.

It must also be different internally as it takes the 14500 battery, same as I use in my GG Grant for 3.7v mode. This should mean there should be room to fit in 2 3v CR2 batteries to use it at 6v? Although I must admit that I don't like the CR2's as they are unprotected batteries & you have to be very careful not to over charge/discharge them.

Hmm come to think of it, I should imagine that using 2 3v CR2's would confuse the led light flashing, battery low warning system ,built into the DSE905?

Good evening all. I have been trying to buy from oksmokey. I get the page but when I click on to item I want the page goes blank. This has happened several times. Any ideas please?

Oh dear! Both the .com and the .co.uk are virtually blank with "This domain has been registered on behalf of the Activ group" (may not be word for word).

I hope George hasn't come a-cropper, I've been imagining times may be tough for him and he's been trying hard to get us to buy with his emails and lots of new items. I'll try to email him.

Wouldn't you know it? I've lost his George Bunn email address. It's because I've been swipping and swapping about with laptops and email clients over the past few months.

I see that an email I got a couple of days ago from OK Smokey is not displaying pics any more, that's because the website is down. I don't think that anything addressed to him oksmokey would get thru.

Sorry Marji. If you need something urgently I suggest you go to Simon at www.e-cigs.co.uk, he is the most reliable seller in the world! (Mind you, George is a very good seller indeed, he's never let me down even when faulty goods were involved.)

Hi Scylla, I had an email from oksmokey today saying he had some new things in.. That reminded me that I had bought some liquid gold which I liked and thought I would get some more. I do have plenty of all sorts and strengths and had a package from Simon this morning.I do like his apple and black cherry. Wonder if oksmokey will be back.

I have no problem with the 905 at all. Long term, I think is will hit a different mass-market segment than the SD, which in Mk 2 form is now a manufactured volume-market product but pitched "up-market". (I felt the Mk 1 SD was a niche-market product)

I think you are absolutely right re the different markets Profbeard.

I bought my SD from Trog (when he was selling them via eBay) almost a year ago & it soon paid for itself as the batteries are so cheap to buy & last for ages. I also liked the fact it didn't have any flashing led lights.
