Rubber is easier to glue, as it sticks well with evostick contact type glue.

I find them much better than the cheap white ones I don't see you having many problems with a thick mat! Jim

We used a motor from a printer as it's got good grunt but getting the magnets right to stir through that amount of viscosity was a challenge
