Hi guys,
Apologies - this might be useless information :-)
I have previously been buying my needles and syringes for DIY mixing on Chef's for about 35-40p per item.
Just ordered 100 syringes (all 5ml) and 100 needles from Amazon for about GBP 16 - seems like a huge saving and certainly makes them far more "disposable"!!

100 x 5ml syringes? You going into business? They may say they are disposable, but they last for ages, so 100 will last you at least 20-50+ years.

Bobsbeer - Sadly I'm badly organised One syringe and needle each for multiple flavours, PG, VG and Nic - that could be 6 or 7 for one mix Invariably, I'm too lazy to label my needles or they need so much washing its better to throw them.....a new mix a few days later - more, needles, more syringes I'd be interested to know how much success people have with "recycling" after washing them out - after using something like Heisenberg I would say washing was impossible? If I use a strong flavour with them, at the moment I tend to throw them away

I shove mine in the ultrasonic cleaner - come up as good as new. Get all mine from Fasttech (cheap as chips)

I use the same syringes and needles for all my mixes, including RA and Heisenberg. I only replace them when the numbers fade on the syringe. And the needles don't get used unless I'm mixing a very small quantity and of course for the PG nic. As long as I don't get the Nic, concentrates and PG/VG syringes mixed up a mixing session followed by a good clean and dry on the work surface overnight is sufficient for me.

sydsut - Do you just wash them out with hot water? No soaps or vinegar or other stuff? I just find even after washing them in boiling water and rinsing and drying, the aniseed and menthol flavours really seem to linger.....

No, I use the cheap plastic ones, never yet had a problem with the print coming off.

Mix by weight, no worries about the numbers rubbing off the syringe or mixing cup then.

I use sticky backed letters to label mine and use clear nail vanrish to protect the printing. I trust to the PG / VG to keep them sterile and rarely clean them.

Have always got mine from richmill limited on Ebay, cheap as chips and all from the same seller so I know they all match. Have just this minute ordered a couple of 20ml and 50ml from them, £6.36 free delivery. He does all sorts, all sterile prepacked and I choose the out of date ones as they are cheaper
