Take the windows out, problem solved. Indeed. Or buy a bicycle.

I'm a bit of a clear windscreen freak, not easy vaping 80% vg even with the window open. I clean the glass with isopropyl alcohol, gets rid of the greasy smears that sit under the film of vg.

Damp newspaper to clean, dry newspaper to wipe off. If you want to push the boat out, a bit of white vinegar in the water helps even more. Cheap as chips, and does a really good job!

Since we're on the subject of detailing, anyone know how to shift algae? Where I park my car gets full sun all day in the summer but come the autumn, one side is in the shade after 3-4pm. Result, with the damp, one side of the car goes progressively green. Regular washing is only partly effective and algae stinks of cat pee when wet Any ideas?

LOL, but then it will be green both sides, not my preferred dirty white

Clean it thoroughly in the summer (when it's dry) with bleach. Leave to dry for a week. Apply a coat of stabliser. Let it dry. Paint it with a quality floor paint. Re-paint every 3 years.
