Er, it wasn't posted on the 9th and although some believe Cornwall to be a foreign country, it doesn't need to go on a plane to get here

Edit: that was the tracking from over here. If I read that on 17track I'd be chilled, but they need to work on their wording if they are getting it ready for the long, long trip from HWDC to me.

damn! I have two parcels on the way, both a few dollars over the £15 limit, its almost worth refusing to collect and pay... heres hoping I'm like VapingBad and it slips through? It literally was the last fasttech order as I'm self sufficiant. I just got swayed by the new year discount and bought some tanks I didn't really need

Well i had two more parcels delivered this morning both were valued at $21ish on the declaration form and neither were slapped with VAT charge so looks like some random jobsworth just decided to be annoying.

As for FT, the order was split into two packages so when you submit a ticket it asks you to select which package you are enquiring about which i did.
Their reply to me today was to ask which package i was enquiring about

Have you tried the link to 'view your order online' in the dispatch email? If you click on the tracking number from the page it takes you to, you should end up at 17track and be sorted.
