Crazy i should think for their regular customers there may well be some under counter deals going on, Until the stock has gone and replaced with legal stuff.

Some will end up at certain car boot sales, I visit one when back in UK and you can get tobacco, cigarettes, spirits, weed, those dvd's you wouldn't want your mother to see, etc, etc. The thing is the goods are not under the table it's all on show. Cops, trading standards, customs, used to raid it in the early days but for the last 3 years have given up. If the demand is there you can bet the goods will be, quality wise well that could be another question.

Thats incredibly sad but judging by the comments on YouTube there may be some advice and ideas that might get Les to change his mind, it seems ridiculous that he has to close down because he's too successful!

And no mention of the TPD.
Small businessman overrun by orders can't afford to expand because his profit margin was working from home and not having to employ staff.

In this situation and time frame the only thing to be done is put a limit on daily sales -- once the number of daily sales is reached -shut the web shop till next morning.

Looks like Les is staying open now, and open the shop every other day so he can pack orders on the closed days. Good new...

This looks like a classic example of over trading. One way around this is to increase prices thus reducing the physical number of orders whilst at the same time maintaining profitability if the balance is right.

Why would the council stop him from employing someone???? Probably because its a home based business perhaps they have a limit on you having employees on the premises of what is a residential property?
