Evening all,
So I saw a recipe that I liked the look of one of Hic's Tiramisu extra smooth.
I tend to mix all vg so with this mind does anyone know should I double the percentages?
Thanks

As tastes vary, I'd suggest making up a small sample (e.g. 10ml), according to the recipe.... and take things from there. (Yes, PG carries flavour better than VG... but certainly doubling flavour concentrates seems extreme). [ETA] - Having looked up the recipe concerned, 4% total flavour does seem on the light side.... well, for my tastes anyway

4% can actually be quite high for some FA flavours

4% can actually be quite high for some FA flavours I would agree, certainly for their tobacco concentrates, although 1% X 4 of non-tobacco flavours seems likely to be light (for my tastes); I have however suggested a small sample as per the original 4% recipe.

I use 4% for most FA flavours, including the tiramisu, plenty strong enough for me but, different strokes for different folks, as they say.

I'm at around 15% for the FA's I use.... but haven't tried tiramisu.

I'm sure I read on Vaping Underground that HIC mixes his juice at max VG, so personally I'd follow Postmodern Smoking 's advice and knock-up a 10ml sampler. I've tried about 20 of HIC's recipes and they've all been good to quite strong at 50/50 VG/PG. Xtra Smooth Tiramisu Cream is on the to-do-eventually list.

I'm at around 15% for the FA's I use.... but haven't tried tiramisu. It's strong . . . . even for my tastes! But even so, 1% would not get out the blocks for me . . . . . looking at those flavours, I'd be thinking of using 3-4% of each in a max VG mix solac77. ( The majority of FA blended concentrates I mix at 15-20%. )

For future referance solac77 Ive found this tool really useful Juice percentagesJust click on the maker at the top and a specific concentrate on the left and it gives you an average of what % several mixers use. Tiramisu is between 3 & 5%.
