It's been a week since I made my first attempt at mixing and been doing it most days since. Wanted to give at least a week steep although some need more and are not ready yet. Would love any advice or criticism. I made only recipes that needed 2 or 3 concentrates and liked the sound of them from reviews, e-liquid-recipes.com/ has been invaluable. I've made batches for most of the recipes I chose in 30/70 and 50/50 since I like to sub ohm and MTL. First the disappointments. Night Shift e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/138148/Night%20Shift%20v1by%20gcrannel - I like this has a 50/50 and vaped a day on the nautilus but just not enough coffee flavour. I'm starting to see that recipes are different for everyone. We all have different taste buds Gonna try an adjusted second batch. Would love any coffee recipes anyone has, there doesn't seem to be many. Menthol and ethyl maltol - for an experiment tried in a few small 10ml samples but far too sweet or too much menthol and I'm talking a few drops. Yuck Nicotine I have learnt a lesson. Bought 72mg in vg and so regret. So hard to pour and use, constantly having to warm. Bought my next batch in pg. Successes. Loving e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/49573/Bombies%20%27nana%20cream got through a few tanks on the kayfun and the buzz you get from making a mix that you enjoy has made it all worthwhile. I got a free 10ml sample of black honey TPA in my chefs order and mixed e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/35736/Black%20Honey%20Tobacco%20and%20Bavarian%20Cr%C3%A8me Lovely lovely and very surprised since its the first tobacco recipe I've tried. Few others that have been middle of the road. Loving this and a few friends have tried the banana and black honey and loved it.. No stopping me now now, another order going into chefs

It's a learning curve for sure @tomo . . . . even if you use one shots, it's far from a given that what suits one set of tastes, will suit another. There's a few coffee recipes here: e-liquid-recipes.com/list?q=+coffee@yinyang adapted a coffee recipe of mine - I can't remember either, other than I used Capella's Cup of Joe, but I'm sure Bill will oblige with his version. Happy Mixing!

Welcome to the mixing community @tomo - Say goodbye to freezer space (you will need to stock up on Nicotine because of the new regulations coming in!) and say hello to the endless confusion of keeping track of all the concentrates you'll buy on impulse or because they are in a sale....

I have nearly 1 liter of 72 nic left in the freezer which should last me for the next 10 years or so - am mixing around 3 to 4 strength as I am lazy and like things easy - I always have a ( home made ) flavourless base in the fridge - then I buy concentrates - most of them I mix on 20 % - so 10 ml concentrates topped up with 40ml base - ready the easy way of

Was there some TPA Caramel Original in there Bill, or is my memory playing tricks - I really ought to write things down!
