60th Birthday

It is my 60th birthday in February, just wondering how everyone old enough celebrated this milestone?

What you want a medal or something I think its down to what YOU want to do not what everybody else has done that is what would make it special

The only birthdays that stand out were my 21st, was working away and living in digs and my landlady apparently put me to bed. Still wonder if she took advantage of me, she was nice!

The next was at 40 when I realised my marriage was over, not one to remember.

And more recently at 70 last month. Some very mixed feelings reaching that milestone. Was also kidnapped by my offspring and taken for a lovely meal. They know I hate fuss but it was a great evening. I guess every one now is a bonus so I'm not counting.

So tsoko all I can suggest is do what you want, just make sure that you're still around for the next one.
