What a shame, at least they will still have some presence with the liquids side.
I won't voice my thoughts on the USA's handling of vaping, I would get frog marched from the forum.

Silly question maybe but why would the TPD affect provape?
Mods don't fall under TPD legislation, it affects nicotine, eliquid and tanks.
I'm not 100% sure on the FDA regs in the US but from what i understand that only affects new products in terms of devices.

They over priced themselves and didn't keep up with the times imo. Although it was a provari that kept me off the stinkies for the first couple of years

Looks like its an FDA thing

“The FDA will require any product not on the market before February 2007 to go through an arduous pre-market approval process that could cost over $1 million per product,”

So basically they didn't get there stuff on to the market early enough, but only because they weren't even a company at the time.

It's nothing to do with the TPD as has been said  ( which is bad enough for us ) . . . . . thank goodness we don't have the FDA on our backs, or even legislation such as this to deal with.

Whilst I've not bought any Provari's since the V2 as technology elsewhere improved and became more affordable, I'm still very sad to see them close as the devices played a massive part in my early years of vaping.

It's sh1t like this ^^, FDA-USA, Australia, EU and many other countries coming up with Draconian rules & regs that have caused this, cheered on by the evil WHO....
