POLL: How much nicotine base have you stashed (if any)?

Based on the min quantity in each option/band selected by the 81 participants at this point in time

11 participants (13.58%) in bands 0 and 0-1 Litres will/ might be returning to purchase some form of nicotine within the next five years.

The remaining 70 participants (86.42% ) hold enough nicotine base @3mg to make a total of 540,000 x10ml bottles.

But in this respect we have a problem in that are these folks Ohmers or Sub-ohmers?

If they are Ohmers, then. although they will perhaps be using a higher quantity of Nic Base, they will be using far far less a quantity of finished product than the Sub-ohmers and therefore their Nic Base will go further.

Working on the basis that I use 3ml of 24mg per day, some sub-ohmers on here are going through 30+ml of 3mg per day.
As the flavour concentrate is far more expensive than Nic Base, stocking up on Nic Base now and remaining as an Ohmer will ultimately be the most cost effective way forward.

if DIY nicotine is anything to go by give it a year and someone on the web will be selling a five year supply of flavourings for a £1.00 margin.

I'm going to assume the 5 members who have 0 stashed are 0mg vapers. If not I am guessing they are male and are purchase all their xmas presents on Christmas Eve type of people. In that case the clock is ticking, and I hope the shelves are not bare.

Yes very interesting
As this poll was conducted in the dedicated mixology section of this forum and received a total of 83 votes over a 2 month time span it sort of confirms how few people are into DIY ( i estimate a max of 30,000 with others estimating a possible 75,000 - 100,000 )
Of this relatively small number a little over 10% who took part in this poll might be on the hunt for nicotine base within the next four/five years.
This suggest unless things change the remaining market for nicotine base over 20mg and in quantities larger than 10ml after TPD. is likely to be between 3000lt and 10,000 lt*-- that is assuming little or no up take of the 10ml 20mg bottles that will be freely available on most web sites.

*This possible four year market totalling between 3000 lt- and 10,000 lt for DIY nicotine base still represents well over 10 x the volume of the entire DIY nicotine market back in 2011. but due to price falls far less in margins.
