Cactus as an enhancer

Hi guys,

On a few threads. people have mentioned adding cactus to juices to make them "jucier".

Few questions, please:

1) Which brand are people using? (Chef's has Inawera)

2) How much are people adding?

3) Can it be added to anything? (i.e. fruits/tobaccos etc)

4) (Best silly question until last!) What does it taste like?

I tried it in the Cactus Jinx blend ghostrider1971 ;

But as Watermelon isn't to my tastes . . . . it wasn't really a fair trial.

Don't know why I bought it tbh.

I LOVE cactus jinx, which is odd as I don't like watermelon juices normally? I've given up assuming that 'if I eat it I'll like it' as I vape tons of things I'd never eat and loathe ( pernod being one, cucumber another= fine as eliquid!)

what cactus brings to a mix is that elusive juiciness that is often missing

1. I have Inawera

2. I add 0.5% into a gorgeous recipe called 'Mango Crack' (I'm not a fruit mix person but this stuff is superb - to me)

3. You can try would imagine it goes best in fruit mixes though

4. I'm so rubbish at describing tastes - ermmm it's like a juicy enhancer that really does work - yeh I know that's no description at all!!

I haven't tried Cactus, but to me that is a useful description spacey !!

I just got the Innawera Cactus to test out the juicy adding effect - will try as a standalone tester first though. Might try it with Mango - but only after I've tried the Mango tester I've got waiting.

Basically, I've just got too many testers on the go at the moment!

3% should be good as a standalone.

Usually used at 0.5% - 1% in mixes..... but can be used a bit higher too

Used higher here in combination with Cucumber, Lime, Dragon Fruit and Melon
