I know we knew it was coming and maybe Parcel Post has been underpriced . . . but, but! Posted a small parcel with a few bottles of juice this morning. 1st Class it would have been £1.58 . . . it's now £2.70! It's got to have a knock on effect for all Sellers.

Gobsmacked I was Queenie . . . had the new prices for letters in my head. But I hadn't realised Parcel Post had gone up quite so much. The girl in the PO said that they've grouped more weights together now. So to post just a few bits is as costly as a larger parcel . . . sellers won't be able to absorb this level of increase.

I posted 3 10ml bottles yesterday and cost 90p 1st class.
it was something like 77p 2nd class.
I suppose if i had to drive 2-3 mile to deliver a small package it would cost more in fuel, but to deliver anywhere in the country its a no-brainer.

I stocked up on some large letter stamps Brian . . . but for a small parcel, just over LL size . . . it's a heck of an increase! Good thinking Whufc.

I think James from PV used those phial size widgets for a time Brian, when he sent out his free samples. 3ml bottles may well be worth looking into. . . I'll have to get some and do a test run.

Maybe a vendor can come up with little plastic bags like Sauce sachets (but big enough to take 10ml) that you snip the top off and put into your own needle or spiky thing topped bottle? That way they can get 2 or 3 in an envelope?

Sounds a brilliant idea Des . . . it would have to come with all the Chip compliant gubbins on it, but that shouldn't be too difficult . . . no more than sticking a label on a bottle as now?
The only downside I could see, is for a disabled/arthritic vaper who maybe doesn't have full mobility in their hands.
Perhaps an option for either method of packaging?
