Hi Just got myself a 20w istick battery and need some advice. Prior to this I used an aspire k1 with an an aspire battery.
At present I have the k1 on the istick but am looking for tank that fits better. I was looking at the nautilus mini but I gather it's a pain to fill and as I am rather clumsy I am worried about the glass tank. ( managed to break quite a few aspire k1 tanks the past year or so!) What would you recommend for MTL vaping ? I am still not sure about the vv or watts on my istick and what they all mean but am happy at 10 watts for now.
Thanks in advance

Not really rozzie . . . . it's just a question of unscrewing the base, filling up and then reassembling, easy peasy . How's about a new Nautilus 2? Tomo can tell you about them as he's just recently bought a couple . . . . . www.aspirecig.com/products/tank-series/tank396.htmlHave you watched any video's about the iStick 20w . . . . might help to explain the functions/settings a bit clearer:

the mini is only a pita to fill when the base gets totally stuck then its a bugger. lots of things can help from a rubber glove to a tank gripper or helping hand gripper for people with arthritis. alternatively you could try the full size nautilus which is bigger so a lot easier to grip the base. not sure of a slight overhang on the 20w istick though but fits fine on the 30 and 40w both the same price from dna vapes at £15.99 www.dnavapes.com/collections/tanks-and-clearomisersheres the size comparison.

I have changed over to using only the Istick 20w. It lasts all day and with an Aspire Nautilus 5ml tank again that too lasts me all day.
After May you will not be able to get any 5ml tanks, so stock up now.
You can buy a steel mesh/glass Nautilus replacement tank that you would need to run over with a car to break it.

Thanks! Having looked at youtube and compared I seem to be vaping at 1.9 ohm. Is that OK for the istick?.... TBH I am confused by ohms etc!
The new nautilus looks great. At the moment I think it's either that or the mini.... with the sleeve. Lobeydosser.... you say that after May you won't be able to get 5ml tanks.... why?
Any other recommendations for tanks?

Yes rozzie as MrDJ says, after May the largest tank you will be able to buy will be 2ml. Bloody EU have brought in this ruling. No wonder we want out. The Nautilus coils come in either 1.6ohm or 1.8ohm. As you use it the ohms (resistance) will slowly rise, usually to about 2.1ohm and then the coil will start to gurgle. At this time you chuck it away and start a new coil. I find that putting in a new coil and then leaving it overnight to soak before firing it up, it lasts longer. I also start off any new coil at its lowest setting. Usually between 4.7 and 5 watts. I keep it at this setting for as long as possible. My coils are lasting about 21 days, on average.

Thanks for the advice. I have decided on the Nautilus 2 as it looks quite robust compared to the mini and my clumsiness! I will let you know how I get on with it.

When my Nautilus's get a bit on in time and the nylon band at the base gets a bit worn, it can be difficult to unscrew the base to refill it.
Holding it up-side-down, I wrap an old latex rubber glove around the glass tank and unscrew the base using a multi-sized jar opener.
