visions stopped wicking

Further to this discussion my new vision the draw is really tight, and its really harsh any ideas????

Yes I discovered when I put a vision on a riva what everyone had been talking about, when they spoke of a tight draw. Tight? I couldn't get anything through it.
On the LT with a 510-ego adaptor, it's perfect.

You can drill or hacksaw a hole in the metal rim at the bottom, that will supply more air.

I suggest drilling a hole if you are planning to take it apart, as it will be stronger.

Not sure what you mean by harsh.

I had a look at a couple of You Tube films showing how to disassemble and re-wick the Vision. Looks like I could do it.

I found it useful with my dry burning too - I was only giving a couple of bursts dry burning, but then realised I should burn it to red to get all the gunk off the coil. My juices seem to tend towards the sweet and I think that bungs up the coils quicker too.

I think you could. I did end up damaging one metal ring, till I worked out you only really need to grab it juuuuuust enough to stop it moving when you wiggle the plastic. I still bent it back into shape and it went back on though, so no biggie.
