Yes I'm still getting the vapour, I wish it was me, but it's not Once in a while I get a hit of flavour, I had a good hit when I picked one up this morning, then by the 3rd vape, the flavour had gone. I can use my carto tank and get fine flavour so it's not the tastebuds.

Are you using a VV device?
If so try different voltages.
Good luck!

Unfortunately I've tried that as well. I normally vape visions at 3.7v, but I tried upping it and all I got was more of a burnt taste.

OK, from 4 new ones from E-cig Wizard, 3 don't wick, just don't and one does. The one that does, perfect, flavour, just like the 4 out of 5 from HC, which stopped delivering flavour in too short a time IMO.
So what is stopping the ones which don't work, working? Mmmm, I'm guessing something to do with the wick. I don't know, just guessing.

I should think womble is right, it has to be the visions if the cartos are still delivering for him, when your tastebuds go, they go with everything, nothing delivers.

There are the new longer wick ones now, here : www.healthcabin.net/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1076_1125&products_id=8028

Try tipping it very slightly upside down and try not let it go more than half empty. I lose taste all the time with mine and this seems to solve it. Had one on the go for about 2 weeks and still going strong. Also, they don't like being chain vaped.

Been there done that. it worked when the visions were working, once they stopped (or didn't start) nothing has worked. I apologise to hissie for doubting her when she said the same thing.

OOOOOOOOOk, this is interesting. After ALOT of faff and an hours work, not to mention redoing it 8 times, I've managed to rewick a vision, it's not the best looking vision anymore, due to the metal ring being knackered now oops. But it works after rewicking, I put longer wicks on it. Thanks to 2risky on here and Esterra on youtube for invaluable help. And does it work.... it works better than anything I have ever tried, better than the best vision when it was working at it's peak. The flavour is incredible. I am convinced the problems on these is down to manufacturing errors, the margins and difficulty of putting in the wick and coil must be being let down by mass manufacture. I'm just going to slowly rewick all mine now. It's not worth doing anything else IMO.

Just to update this as it may help someone.
My rewicked visions lose the flavour about halfway through the 2nd days (heavy) vaping, so I am cleaning them out once a day , taking off the cap through the top, leaving it in hot water for a while, then rinsing in hot water a few times.
I'm experimenting whether to dry them before dry burning or not. I don't have any easy way to dry them atm (not until the sun comes out anyway). So I don't know if this makes a difference or not yet. I did see a youtube video as to how you could use a cotton bud to gently dry the wick around the coil before dry burning, but I can't see it makes much difference tbh.
So once a day for heavy use (rewicked versions), clean and dry burn, replace silicone cap through hole, press down gently, replace mouthpiece gently (after filling LOL) and they seem back to as good as new.
I might try rewicking with 3 wicks instead of 2 next time and see if it makes a difference.
HTH's someone.

Glad it seems to be working for you womble. I'll follow this story with interest as I love my Visions and want them to last!

Nice one womble. As well as the scrooge reflex being gratified, it's a nice feeling to be involved more in the construction of my ecig, I find.
Dry burning does get more difficult as you increase the amount of wicking material. The original visions had very little, the newer ones have quite a lot, even unmodified, and soak up quite a bit of juice that has to burn off before the coil gets hot enough.
I rewick with double 2mm CE2 wick, cut to the length of the inside chamber. This means no tipping is needed, but it also takes ages to dry out properly. If you have time, rinsing with water and waiting for the water to evaporate can work. Definitely some benefit to dry burning when the draw falls off, though.

I followed your advice and used double 2mm wick also, but I lost quite alot of it on my first try, as I had to keep taking it out and reputting it in the slot (kept getting shorn off by the sharp metal sides) , as that damned little bit of wire wouldn't go inside the tube (How do you do that! It takes me many goes to get it right). Still seemed to work OK though. I used about an inch of wick, which means it hangs down nicely inside the tube, but I do find that they still work better tipped often and keeping the level high. I waited ages today for the sun to dry my visions I had cleaned, but it never did LOL. When it's proper summer I might be able to get a better go.
