Vodka Concentrate

I am looking for something to give a good boozy taste to a vape without flavouring it - a bit like vodka in a drink.

There are several good absinthe, whiskey, tequila and rum flavours that have a nice boozy flavour, so I tried the Aromea Vodka concentrate hoping it would give me the effect I'm looking for,  but it tasted of nothing, zilch, nada - worst £3 I've ever spent!


I notice that Wizard Vapes do a Vodka and Lime e-liquid that includes 5% of real vodka - so I'm thinking of trying 5% Vodka in a mix - am aware it might raise throat hit (which I don't like too much of) - but seeing no alternatives - any thoughts folks?


An interesting web page here on vaping alcohol - but 5% in a mix is not going to be anywhere near the amounts talked about in this.

TBH 5% vodka is going to be un tastable.
I dont drink booze any more and Ive tried a lot more than 5% vodka in a mix (as an experiment against adding water to vg) and all it does is thin your juice down I couldnt get a hint of it as a flava.
Wizard vapes adding it to a mix IMO is just a sales gimmick..
Ive also tried whiskey and rum which does add a taste but its not the same as youd get sloshing it round your choppers.
Any way give it a go whats the worst that could happen.

Vodka as an actual drink doesn't have a great deal of taste to it does it . . . . or maybe I've just become immune! So I'd imagine that any concentrate will also be quite light on flavour beedee.

Whether this would be any better?

Like phtumshk, I've used vodka in the past and occasionally now to dilute VG, in all honesty I couldn't taste any sign of it when vaped.

Thanks phtumshk and Perpetua. Had a little bit of a cranberry tester hanging around so added 20% to that, but not optimistic!

Had a look at the AtmosLab - looked a bit expensive for me then found they also do a Muscat (I just love this grape, never seen it as a concentrate) and an Ouzo - well, I could not resist in spite of the price, so I got those and threw the vodka in as well... in for a penny...

I'm consoled - a cash poor but concentrate rich kind of consoled...    next I'll be after you for a cheaper source of AtmosLabs concentrates - I'm very excited about the Muscat and Ouzo flavours

Like you said phtumshk, the vodka has no impact on flavour at all even @ 20%, though I did seem to get more vapour. Thanks for heads up on Atmos, Perpetua. Though Vodka has no taste it gives that boozy kick to a drink, I've just done a dripper test on the Atmos Lab Vodka I mixed up yesterday - this is looking like it will do that job much better than the Aromea (which I suspect is just PG!).
