I ordered 3 mods and 2 tanks around 7 yesterday. It still says processing on the site, and the three kanger mods are out of stock. Hope I got the order in in time!

Just had an email from Health cabin to say they won't ship ismoka/eleaf products to the UK unless I will accept the product minus stickers and package branding or they will send a substitute product of their choice. Nothing for me as yet but I'll take the eleaf without the stickers and branding.myou gonna live dangerously and take their substitute? It could be a tin of beans or maybe a chicken. just checked on their site and the status is showing as contact support.mlooks like I'm in the same boat striker42 still no email though.

I did striker42 snow as they seem to have a fairly good reputation. I used to use Health Cabin all the time for concentrates as I know did Perpetua Never had any issues with them. The reason I don't use them anymore for concentrates is the shipping price is too high and the reason for that is Health Cabin stick to the shipping rules. Unlike other vendors who will take a chance. They were one of the first Chinese vendors who did their best to give overseas customers a "western" type of shopping experience. I highly doubt they would ship counterfeit goods unless specified. Amy who founded Health Cabin, used to be a regular on Chrissie's Ebay group, before they pulled the plug on ecigs and she then went on to form this forum as a result. As a forum we used to do a massive amount of business with HC with our Group Buys which I used to organise . . . . literally a £1,000+ at a time, never ever where there any problems with them. Then along came Fasttech and our overseas shopping habits changed overnight, so although we've moved on elsewhere I'd very much hope that those early values and standards from a Chinese Vendor still remain the same.

I've never understood the shipping thing with flavouring though. Fasttech do say that on their Eleaf stuff, that authenticity stickers will be removed - although in practice I've never had any that have. I guess by stating they do, it keeps someone, somewhere happy . . . . . .

I had an email saying they would ship with the goods as has been mentioned and checking the account it is still in processing, but I 'am hopeful that will change soon.

Hmmm....can't get to my orders page from the My Account page - no link....
If I follow the link in the confirmation e-mail is tells me I haven't ordered anything yet - I'm hoping it's just that it's delayed showing due to the de-badging of eleaf products issue...
beginning to get a bad feeling about this....

Have you tried to contact them GunJack ? not yet, only saw and replied to the e-mail earlier today, so hopefully there'll be a link to order history appear when they see my reply and process the order...I'll give them a day or two to do that then I will...

I've had a dispatch email for 4 out of my 5 orders this morning, so they are being processed.

I'd email them. They've been quite good at responding to a ticket is raised originally to query why the contact them status was. Didn't get the email until I'd did this though so might be worth a shot if you haven't already done so.
